Tatakau Shisho - The Book of Bantorra

I am a fan of period pieces when they are done well / in a believable manner of story telling. Watching this promo I think that this will be one I can appreciate.

Ishio Yamagata's original light novels center around Hamutz, the world's most powerful armed librarian who is in charge of the books that store the dead at Bantorra Library.

Animation is be performed by David Production while script supervision is being done by Mari Okada (Kuroshitsuji, CANAAN). This anime is set to premier in Japan on October 2nd.
